Customize your "I'm HAPPY Reading-Books to You Plan"

Here are the steps to creating the ideal plan for your family:STEP 1: Choose the type(s) of books you will receive and whether you will receive these in the form of actual books to own or in the form of customized recommendations that HAPPY will locate for you at your local library.Type the dollar amount next to your choice(s).
STEP 2: Choose the level of activities to be shipped to you to accompany the books you will be reading together. Tier 2 includes Tier 1 activities. Tier 3 includes Tiers 1 and 2, as well. You will need to select an activity Tier for each type of book your plan covers and add that dollar amount for each type of book. Type the dollar amount(s) for each selected activity tier.
STEP 3: Choose the appropriate shipping. If you have no books to own in your plan, your shipping is free. Otherwise, you will type one shipping amount that covers all books in your plan. Please note that all books must be mailed to a single address. Type the shipping option that applies for your entire plan.
STEP 4: Type in amounts at the bottom of the form and add to get the total amount for your plan. This is a monthly amount that you will be charged automatically beginning today and on this day of the month for the next eleven months.
STEP 5: Complete the age and interest inventory. You may SAVE AS with your answers and send it to lovebooks@happyreading.org or you may fax it to (804)798-3593. If this is a gift, please forward the interest inventory to the recipient family to complete(pages 7&8, can be downloaded separately and e-mailed to recipient family). Expect your first shipment within 4-6 weeks.
STEP 6: Check out using PayPal. You will pay the total due for today at checkout and will be charged the same amount each month for the next eleven months. Or if you prefer, you may pay the entire amount in one lump sum today, less a 10% discount for paying in full. Be sure to save your receipt.

By clicking on the PayPal button, you will generate a pop-up window that will allow you to pay using your PayPal account or credit card. This is a secure transaction through PayPal. None of your financial information is shared with HAPPY Reading. Once PayPal has confirmed payment, and once your interest inventory has been received by e-mail or fax, HAPPY Reading will begin processing you I'm HAPPY Reading-Books to You Plan subscription. Please expect the first shipment to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks.
By clicking this button, you will pay for just the amount of the first installment on your book plan. You will be billed again each month on the same day of the month. By completing the transaction with PayPal, you are agreeing to subscribe to the I'm HAPPY Reading-Books to You Plan for one year. This transaction is non-refundable. If at any point during the subscription period you wish to cancel or amend the terms of your subscription, you may do so at the sole discretion of HAPPY Reading, based on circumstances as they are explained at that time.
Please note that you may also receive a discount of 10% by paying for the full year’s subscription in one lump payment now. By choosing this option, you are agreeing to the terms outlined above. This is a non-refundable purchase. Any requests to cancel or amend the terms of your subscription will be at the sole discretion of HAPPY Reading, based on circumstances as they are explained at that time.

The 4 to 6 week waiting period will commence once the inventory is received. HAPPY Reading will make every effort to have the first shipment delivered before your account is charged a second time, although we do not promise this will occur, especially during busier times of the year. If you have purchased a gift subscription or if you have received one in a special promotion from HAPPY Reading, please urge the recipient family to complete and return the interest inventory within two business days to ensure their books begin arriving promptly.
